Michael A. Cassaday, D.O. was born in Bellevue, Iowa. He received his Medical Degree from
the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Services, Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his Internship at Davenport Osteopathic
Hospital and Residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center Oakland, CA and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology was served at the
Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. He is a retired Army Colonel, 1997.
Dr. Cassaday is married and has two children.
